    SightHall uses folders designated for the Software and its data. The Software’s Settings allow folders for Customer content to be configured according to the supported options, the Customer’s requirements and the Individual Agreement. File locations and access also depend on the version, device and operating system.

  • Access, backups and external services

    Manage access permissions and backups for the files and devices you control. Websites and external services opened through SightHall may process data under their own terms and privacy notices.

  • Requirements agreed in writing

    Special testing, configuration restrictions, predefined settings aimed at tailoring the software to the customer's needs, software customization and AI integration will be provided only within the scope and on the terms expressly agreed in the customer contract, subject to applicable law.
